Send notifications when a new listing is found for my search

One of our most requested features has been to send a notification, by email, text, or mobile push notifications, when we find a new listing for particular searches. We're constantly thinking about ways that we can make this a reality. For now, you can use RSS feeds to get notified for your searches.
